We provide residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services. To ensure safety and security, we only perform unlock services, key cutting, or rekeying once the customer presents a valid photo ID and matching proof of property or vehicle ownership (such as a lease, deed, utility bill, or registration card).
Any pricing provided over the phone or online is a baseline estimate. Our technician will assess the work on-site and confirm the final price before beginning any job. Your final charge includes a trip service call fee, plus labor and parts costs.
Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. If you need to cancel or change a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
We always use professional tools and techniques to open locks safely. If your lock is damaged, rusted, old, or was installed incorrectly before, it may fail during the service. Pro Locksmith Saugus is not responsible for pre-existing wear or damage to locks, ignitions, or security systems.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts. Any legal claims must be filed in the courts of Essex County.
